跑野大爆炸开这档播客，起名《一起铁Talk》，是想给那些在生活中“狂奔”的人，找一个可以原地休息的角落。
这里会有关于跑步的专业和执着，但更多的是关于生活的褶皱与真相。我们会邀请一些朋友来坐坐，不聊配速，聊聊他们如何穿过人生的那段长坡。因为比起跑得快，我们更关心大家在这个加速的世界里，如何走得更久更开心。
