  • Outstanding!

    I just finished C25K and I’m starting over with Debbie’s schedule because I can apply everything I’m learning from this podcast. All I did with C25K follow their schedule….but they never said not to do two hard days in a row or talk about the importance of rest. I want to build my running program on a strong foundation and I know Debbie’s plan & podcast information will do that for me. Thank you Debbie!!
