  • quickly became part of my regular listening

Was recently introduced to this podcast. It quickly became part of my regular listening. It’s exactly the sort of content I’m increasingly looking out for. Content that delivers a synthesizing and valuable accessibility to some of the most (in my humble opinion) critical subjects and thinking of our time. Jenny Stefanotti delves into the interconnecting landscapes of our humanity, where we are, how we got here and where we’re going. And also explores, ‘how’. How we can move forward in ways that ... more

  • Jenny is a pro

I so appreciate Jenny’s energy and intelligence. It really doesn't go without saying. I feel like so many people in this extended ecosystem are all pretending to be educated and dropping words like post capitalism without really knowing what that means, but Jenny you're the real deal. A true student of the future and our collective wellbeing and how to make it real.

Deliberative Democracy and AI with Claudia Chwalisz

Citizen's Assemblies with Claudia Chwalisz
Q: What are some challenges that Citizen's Assemblies face compared to traditional democratic methods?
Challenges include the framing of issues set by political authorities and the need to ensure unbiased representation of information presented to assembly members to maintain legitimacy and trust in the process.
Citizen's Assemblies with Claudia Chwalisz
Q: How does the selection of assembly members work?
Citizens are chosen through a process called sortition, where invitations are sent out randomly, and then a second selection occurs to ensure demographic representation across various factors like age, gender, and socio-economic status.
Citizen's Assemblies with Claudia Chwalisz
Q: What are Citizen's Assemblies and why are they focused on right now?
Citizen's Assemblies are gatherings of randomly selected citizens who discuss and make recommendations on public policy, designed to circumvent the limitations of traditional electoral processes. They are gaining attention as a way to enhance democracy and address pressing issues that elected officials often struggle to tackle.
Conscious Leadership with Diana Chapman
Q: What is the commitment of emotional competence?
I commit to experiencing all of my feelings and understanding the intelligence they offer, rather than suppressing them.
