    As soon as I discovered this podcast, I binge listened to the episodes whenever I had time. Darlynn has taken the best parts of multiple parenting philosophies that prioritize emotional health of children and synthesized all the information down to a formula that is life-changing. I walk away from each episode with tools and perspective shifts that allow me to actually enjoy my life as a parent as well as a grown-up woman. Darlynn is funny, kind, and brilliant.
