Virgil guided Dante with the light of natural reason, then Beatrice illuminated the path to Paradise with Christian revelation. I’m a new listener and I can’t wait to delve into past episodes. The excellent interlocutor guides truly brilliant conversations with great minds on fascinating topics. What more could one ask for in a podcast?
So I’m brand new to the podcast and loved the unmachining ep. The two earlier eps have 2 people reading an article they have written. I did not love these. Very interesting people and articles no doubt, but neither reads well and both read too quickly. If this is a new format, I’m not a fan. Just interview them and link to the article please!
I am perhaps a bit of a pessimist as I have waited to be disappointed. But each and every interview is so good that now I am waiting for new ones! Great questions lead intriguing authors and thinkers into a wide array of topics. I specially love how the interviews are not just book overviews but push the authors to think in new ways. Keep up the good work!
Very worthwhile listening, intriguing topics and fascinating conversations. So grateful for this podcast!
