  • Love GTF - Hate your Internet

Love the GTF show and getting Greg’s insights. That said, you guys have got to get the internet issues fixed. The issues have been going on for as long as I can remember. In this day and age, I don’t understand how it continues to be an issue week after week. Outside of the internet issues, I love the show.

Can’t wait for a Greg Gabriel episode. That gentleman knows his stuff . . . and everyone’s other stuff!

But Aldo, you’re forced laughter is a bit cringe worthy.

    Thanks!

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Does Zavion Thomas Have Some Hester In Him? | Gabriel Talks Football
Q: Is it important to see them play special teams in college?
Yes. The Bears scouts and coaches consider college special-teams experience as a predictor of future role, projecting players who showed aggressiveness and versatility to become core special-teams contributors.
Bulls Gold | Changing the Culture with the 4th Pick
Q: What are your first impressions of Caleb Wilson as a four for the Bulls at pick four?
Caleb Wilson is viewed as a culture changer with elite two-way potential and strong defensive instincts, though there are questions about his ability to create his own offense. The panel feels he could be a franchise cornerstone in a Bulls lineup that prioritizes defense and competitiveness.
Bears Schedule A Nod To Their 2025 Success | Gabriel Talks Football
Q: Do you think starting on the road and ending on the road is a significant disadvantage?
Not necessarily; it's more about how you manage the first and last games within the context of the entire slate, and whether you can secure a solid start and finish with the rest of the schedule still favorable.
Bears Schedule A Nod To Their 2025 Success | Gabriel Talks Football
Q: From your experience, how does the coaching staff approach the initial release of the schedule and its impact on preparation?
Preparation is more about adjusting to the schedule as new information comes in; the league doesn't hand you a perfect blueprint, so the staff focuses on short-term adjustments, travel, and the sequence of games rather than trying to predict every outcome.
Bears Draft Haul Coming | Gabriel Talks Football
Q: If you are the Jets, would you rather have Ty Simpson at 33 or trade for Tyson Vagent?
Tyson Vagent is not getting traded; the backup quarterback situation is such that teams may look at later options, but the discussion emphasizes practicality and cost over chasing a big move.
