I came across Balance and Barbells while looking for Nikki Font podcasts. I loved the episode so much that I downloaded all the episodes from the beginning so I could listen while walking! The content is great, with good tips and I think Kayla is so likable and says the right stuff. A lot of episodes are around the 5am topic which does not relate to me but I still find all the rest of the info very helpful! I LOVE Aspen too.
