I’ve enjoyed previous podcasts by Brian Buckmire, but I checked out of this one during episode 4. I am all about getting a variety of opinions, but the interview with the woman who said Mangione inspired her during her fight for an MRI was too much. Claiming that he was standing up for his rights was delusional. Her situation is sad and unfortunate, but he is not a hero for her plight. He was never a United Healthcare client. He wasn’t a poor man who had been ravaged by big insurance companies. ... more
