Love this podcast. I was about to give up running because I’m so slow. After this podcast I remember why I run no matter how slow I am. I’ve given up in the past because I’m so slow. I don’t have that luxury due to time ticking away.

  • My Favorite Podcast

I love every episode of this podcast. I learned something new every time even though I’m not a member of the Kansas City running community, I still love to hear about races in the area. Kyle‘s passion for running really comes through each and every episode. As a fellow back of the pack runner, it’s nice to have a common ground with others.
