    I don’t hear whining… I hear honesty.

    Running isn’t all PRs and perfect runs, and not every podcast needs to pretend it is. BOTP leans into the parts of running people usually keep to themselves, and that’s the whole point.

    There’s a lot of humor, a lot of self-awareness, and a lot of moments that make you go “okay, it’s not just me.” That’s what makes it stick.
