  • A bit too much …

    I started out enjoying the podcast, a different view of a country so much loved whilst visiting during many holidays in my 30’s. However, the whining & complaining along side references to what is obviously a very comfortable life (date nights, weekends in London, retreats) as being SO hard, began to grate. We are so hot, we cant use internet shopping, there’s no ‘Wellness Culture’ (there is, however not the radical procedures that seem normal to this couple?)     Thanks for a great episode! I think that a big difference between US and France is in farming practices and soil health. If soil is depleted, supplements become more important. French food may have a higher nutrient quality because of healthier farming practices. I feel that difference in the food whenever I’m there.
