I started listening to the Earful Tower in 2019, in preparation for a Paris visit in 2020. Of course that didn’t happen, but listening to Oliver made me feel like I was in Paris! Now 3 years on, I am even more excited about visiting Paris this month, because, thanks to TET podcast, I know so much more about Paris and the stories I have heard will give everything I see & experience so much more meaning! I never had the desire to listen to a podcast until four years ago when I found myself in the car more and needed to be entertained. I stumbled upon The Earful Tower and have been hooked since! Oliver even does live walks around Paris - usually for Patreon members, of which I am a proud member. Oliver and our Earful Tower Patreon community even helped one another feel less alone during the pandemic. He has created such a beautiful thing! more

If you want to feel like you are in Paris, this is the show for you. It is an informative and fun trip through Paris, including the occasional expert guest. Recently, the trip to the various 1910 flood markers was excellent and the video makes me long for Paris. Thank you for making a show that gets my mind off the world’s difficulties for awhile.
