I absolutely love this podcast. The hosts voice is so soothing and relaxing. I also really value how much prompting there is to look beyond just the material aspect of life…. There are concepts discussed in western therapeutics but steeped in spiritual depth and knowledge. I appreciate having a podcast that can support spiritual growth and inner awareness!
I experience William Cooper’s meditation conversations as the fastest way to “remember” how to let go of spinning thoughts and how to enter observing meditation. And, many times I can slip into total stillness, total emptiness. He has a way of simplify the practice. I am able to go - oh yeah, I’ve done that before, I can do this... when I take the time and make listening my priority, it’s definitely worth it and I have a wondrous day:).
I have thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated your podcast and hope there are more episodes to come.
I’m in the early stages of my spiritual awakening and feel your warm, enthusiastic and generous podcast has inspired me and helped the ‘awakening’ process at a time when I felt like I had started to feel like I was beginning to ‘fall back to sleep’ 🤣
Thank you William and I wish you well and hope to hear your lovely greeting for another podcast soon.
Warmest regards.
