Im so very grateful to have found this podcast! I listen to many Buddhist teachers on various sites over the years but just found this one. I have read Gil Fronsdale’s books and he is full of dharma wisdom. • Thank you, IMC

Gil and the entire teaching staff at IMC are so important to me. These lectures and meditations have helped me immensely and brought great comfort and presence to my life. I can’t remember when I started listening (at least 12 years ago) but Gil feels like the wisest dharma dad to me. He helps me calm down, stay present, and forgive myself when I epically fail at adulting. So ,inch gratitude for the gift of these teachings. ❤️
