If I was at the 19th hole, having a drink and listening to these guys at a nearby table, I would want to pick up my beer and join them. I look forward to this podcast every week. One warning, though, if you want to be the mad golfer of the week: unless you have three eye witnesses of the Ranger trying to kill you, they will pick apart your complaint and make you seem like the crybaby you are. Tough for you, entertaining for the rest of us.
just started listening to this entertaining and informative show. Keeping me interested in golf and practicing through the winter and the off season.
As a 40+ handicap (working on it, I promise) this is a podcast for people like me. Joe and Nick don’t take themselves too seriously and bring the levity that I need as I pick up on a par-4 and contemplate giving up the sport all together.
Joe and Nick have great banter the pacing of the show is always punchy and informative. Can’t miss segments: Mad Golfer of the Week and Nick Rulez (how I imagine it’s spelled). Keep up the great work fellas!

A blunt, humor-driven golf podcast that blends practical gear talk with candid on-course stories and lively banter. Episodes frequently cover gear testing (clubs, balls, grips), fitting and swing drills, and big-tournament moments, all filtered through a self-deprecating, relatable vibe. Regular segments like Mad Golfer of the Week and debates about etiquette, pace of play, and course logistics give listeners practical takeaways, whether planning trips to venues like Gamble Sands or evaluating at-home practice setups. Noteworthy is the show's willingness to mix gear nerdliness with accessible culture and lighthearted criticism of the sport's modern trends, making it appealing to serious golfers and casual players who enjoy personality-drive... more
