  • Amazing Practical Perspective and Advice

These episodes are easily digestible (8-15 minutes long), very insightful and led by a guy with a great calming voice and real world perspective. Light brings in normal, real people examples and admits when he himself has slip ups and how to view and handle those situations. This podcast has literally changed my life.
