    Growing up in Rochester Ny we listened to Canadian radio (curb). across the lake. When I moved to Maryland I discovered a program on the local public radio, Aih 11-12 pm. And now that podcast addition I listened to every evening . I compliment everyone who produces, tracks down interviewees, writes and delivers this high quality and informative program . I have to do repeats on weekends. Please continue the excellent programming. And, btw, when you change out the broadcasters, I always feel ... more

  • Saturday Special 2 shootings in the forest

    Oh boy, Vietnam is like a scab the never heals hearing that name. I was 17 CBS NBC journalist were

    embedded with soldiers then playing on the TV at dinner time.

    There are two distinct photos embossed in my memory recall. Making a 50 year follow up documentary with the young girl sounds quite fascinating. Nils Q&A sessions were spot on with such a touchy subject. The ending with ceremony giving rest to her father’s spirit as well as her spirit. Superb!
