And now that podcast addition I listened to every evening . I compliment everyone who produces, tracks down interviewees, writes and delivers this high quality and informative program . I have to do repeats on weekends. Please continue the excellent programming. And, btw, when you change out the broadcasters, I always feel ... more

Oh boy, Vietnam is like a scab the never heals hearing that name. I was 17 CBS NBC journalist were

embedded with soldiers then playing on the TV at dinner time.

There are two distinct photos embossed in my memory recall. Making a 50 year follow up documentary with the young girl sounds quite fascinating. Nils Q&A sessions were spot on with such a touchy subject. The ending with ceremony giving rest to her father’s spirit as well as her spirit. Superb!

Could a new trade deal really resurrect Keystone XL?
Q: Is Keystone XL realistically going to become a reality given the current trade talks and decarbonization constraints?
Dennis McConaughey explains that while the project has some commercial momentum, its success hinges on how negotiations balance energy economics with environmental safeguards and regulatory approvals; a revived project is possible but not guaranteed.
A SpaceX rocket is on a collision course with the moon
Q: Benjamin, can I assume you won't be sleeping when the rocket is scheduled to collide with the moon in the middle of the night?
Absolutely not; observers will be up at an observatory in New Mexico and remotely from Chile to watch the impact and collect data on crater formation and ejecta.
Will Syria’s former dictator ever face justice?
Q: What does this Assad trial suggest about Syria's ability to pursue transitional justice?
Experts say it signals a recognition that accountability is possible but cautions that without a formal transitional justice framework and broader prosecutions, the process may be symbolic rather than transformative.
Selling a stake in the world’s most popular sporting event
Q: What is UEFA's reaction to the proposal and what could trigger a broader boycott?
UEFA has publicly opposed the plan and threatened to boycott FIFA competitions if the proposal moves forward, which could destabilize broadcasting deals and sponsorships.
Selling a stake in the world’s most popular sporting event
Q: Kieran, what has Infantino pitched and who stands to benefit most from this change?
Infantino proposes a company to sell FIFA's rights with private investors owning up to 21 percent; the smallest nations could gain funds for development, but there are concerns about investors prioritizing profits and possibly undermining football interests.
