  • So glad I found this.

    I’m not sure how I came across this podcast but I’m so glad I did. The first episode I ever listened to (not sure the episode number) but was about “Open Handedness”

    It was inspiring and motivating in the most gentleness of ways.

    The writing was beautiful, the music, the words, all of it filled my soul and I felt like I was listening to a meditation.
