  • An Artist Perspective

A review for other visual artists- I find this podcast is extremely encouraging and the content has a nice flow between informative and chatty. Perfect for daily inspiration ( I listen on my walk home from my day job to home before getting to my art). Will be listening to more since I just discovered them!

  • Gorgeous podcast

Really enjoyable. Informative, entertaining and honest, Laura and Richie’s relaxed and chatty style of podcast really appeals to me. I love how gentle and vulnerable Laura is - she is a real advocate for us introverts just being ok with our quiet selves. There’s no competition between the two of them - often I find two handers are quite noisy where one person is trying to be smarter or funnier than the other but these podcasts are natural conversations between two people who genuinely listen to ... more

  • Calm inspiration + practical help

Been a listener for quite awhile now, and I appreciate this podcast so much. Being a pro artist is a lonely business for most of the year (outside of show season), and I love hearing from some who “gets” the artist life while I’m out on a walk or painting in the studio. Love the humble, authentic approach that Laura brings- she’s sharing her insights instead of browbeating. Thank you for continuing this podcast- it really is an encouragement to your listeners!

  • Loving the Podcast

Thank you, Laura and Richie, for providing such a warm and cozy podcast that's really inspiring and offers so much helpful information. I have been an online student of yours since 2018 and really like your style and your methods. I only became aware of the podcast this year. I understand you have made some format changes but as a new listener, this is exactly what I was looking for. Warm, honest, informal, and real.
