  • A master class podcast in editing!

I am not an editor, I’m a filmmaker and this podcast is by far my favorite. Glenn Garland , an editor himself, asks the most insightful questions. Listening to his podcasts , is like taking a master class in editing. I especially loved his latest interview with the editor of Poor Things. What’s great about Glenn is he seems to have studied the films he sees. After listening I want to revisit a film.

  • Full of insights and wisdom on the craft

Full of insights and wisdom on the craft of editing, drawn out by skilful questioning. Creative, technical and collaborative aspects alike. So many episodes to recommend. Two recent listens stand out: Miss Juneteenth (between eps. 31 and 32) and ep. 96 (My Octopus Teacher: Oscar nomination on first production). Two wonderfully articulate and thoughtful editors.
