This podcast has literally changed my life. It has opened my eyes in so many ways. I found it to be perfect for my stage of life which is in the midst of young motherhood. I see my children play and use their imagination which in turn inspires me to play. I love the interviews on relationships. It has broadened my perspective. I have listened to 3 episodes of Artofplay and they have really hit a nerve with me. I have a hard time connecting with others, with many theories as to why. I am now starting to see how much play and connection I am lacking. As I look back at my life, I can recognize how I have always craved connection but as a middle child I merely existed to my parents who had lots of other things going on.
