It’s reassuring to hear not just about your clients, but your own journey. I love the idea of working toward changes, while looking back at successes and the challenges that accompanied them. • A New Journey

My friend and I got into a deep conversation; reflecting, accepting, and sharing. I opened up about how draining it is to be so negative. She said I could change that, but that I first had to learn about my locus of control. She didn’t recommend this podcast but as I was doing research I came across this podcast. As I tune in and learn about becoming optimistic and put myself as the commander, I realize how great this podcast is and I will keep tuning in. Thank you.
