    There’s no mucking about with this podcast. It’s to the point without the fluff which can often be the case when it comes to positive psychology. Great bite sized chucks of advice to help you see the world in a happier light!

    If anything listen so you can get tips on how to deal with those mood hovers like my mother in law!!!

  • Season 5 is alive

    I’m a big fan of the Art of Brill but had struggled a little with earlier seasons of the pod. Season 5 is fantastic, bite sized, energetic and actionable stuff. Well worth ten minutes a week.

    I only discovered the amazing work of Andy and the Art Of Being Brilliant a year ago, and I instantly fell in love and became a fanboy! Not only has the podcast inspired me with great conversations and inspirational tips to be the best version of yourself,but I’ve also bough most of the books too ha ha Andy is a great host and really brings out the best in all of his guests! This is certainly a podcast for anyone wanting to be the best version of themselves and live a magical life!
