「自己啓発」は意識の高さに少し身構えてしまうのですが、このポッドキャストは出会えてよかったです。
ありささんご自身のエピソードに共感できることが多く、そうそう！そうなの！と首肯しながら聞いてしまいます。悩みに対してどう対処したか？を優しく穏やかな声で話してくださるので、凝り固まった気持ちをしなやかに解きほぐしてくれて、癒され、ポジティブな気持ちになれます。繊細さんにおすすめです。
