  • I look forward to Thursdays

I look forward to Thursday mornings, when I know this episode will drop. As both a therapist and a parent, I get so much out of this show. And I always find myself laughing as well. I hope they do many more episodes on many more different anxiety topics!

  • A great resource!

I listen to it regularly. It's personal, entertaining and instructive. As a psychologist, I appreciate the "refresher course" in various anxiety related techniques, and use it as resource for my patients. It's great at normalizing a lot of the concerns people struggle with, while giving them some useful tools.

    And they have great guests!

  • Please stay in your wheelhouse!

There is so much potential for this podcast and information on anxiety is so important for so many. Loved the episode with client Mia! But please, please, please stick to your actual expertise. BZE’s digression on “anti-nutrients” on the Mental Wellness I episode struck me as misinformed at best and food-shaming/spreading false information at worst.

Q: Can you speak at all more to that? Like how did you get to a place of, I wouldn't necessarily say maybe peace, but how did you get to a place of just acceptance around this concept?
It took a couple of years before we got to that point. We realized we can't control the outcome for our kids, and we had to surrender it to knowing that we're doing the best we can.
