  • Too many commercials.

I really wanted to like this podcast, but there’s way too many commercials. It feels like it’s less about wanting to actually help people and more about just making money.

  • My New Favorite Podcast

I love Jen’s comedy. So it was a no-brainer to subscribe to this podcast. But I didn’t know just how much I would LOVE it. I love all the serious conversations, but they’re perfectly lighthearted when it’s appropriate. Mental health doesn’t have to be this super dark topic. We should be able to have normal conversations about it, and that’s exactly what this podcast does. I need more!

I was finally diagnosed with GAD when I was in my 50s. I may have grown up using dif... more
