Alison and Andrea are so inspiring, informative and fun. Their podcast feels like listening to old friends, and I’ve been working my way back through the catalogue of old episodes since I discovered it last year. I’ve learnt so many new skills, made delicious food, but most importantly it feels wonderful to have found a community of like minded souls who truly understand what I am thinking, cooking and eating, and whose values are similar to my own. Warmest thanks for sharing your kitchens and y... more
As I’ve been learning more about ancestral cooking and nutrition, this podcast has been a great source of information, and Alison and Andrea truly are delightful to listen to!

There wasn’t much support other than books and I “fell off the wagon” a few times due to life’s challenges. Recently I read Food is Your Best Medicine by Bieler, stopped my expensive supplements, and returned to Ancestral eating. These two women excel at making this lifestyle practical and sustainable. I plan to listen to all the podcasts. You won’... more
The Ancestral Kitchen Podcast is a balm for the soul. Alison and Andrea discuss all things food and beyond in a kitchen table style chat between friends. It’s my favorite way to unwind and soothe those frazzled nerves while picking up helpful tidbits.
I have been listening to the Ancestral Kitchen Podcast since August 2024 on Spotify and it has been the biggest comfort in my life. I have had severe anxiety for over a decade, and in the last two years, it had become so debilitating that it interrupted my relationship with food and my community.
There were days that I was terrified to purchase anything store-bought with fear of chemicals and additives and not really knowing where the food was being produced , and so I began producing most of ... more
