Came across this podcast on several levels. Probably too much info but here’s why: 1. I am trying to “eat less meat” but often feel like I am swimming upstream and looking for guidance on how to do so bc I am not a vegan (or even a strict vegetarian) but considering the transition and this was a different message than I was expecting 2.
