  • Laugh and learn

Wish this podcast had been around 4 years ago when I was at “peak sandwich” feeling completely overwhelmed, stressed out and on my own. The advice and guidance around aged care is invaluable. Essential listening for anyone dealing with the competing needs of ageing parents, work and family. It will inform you but also, just as importantly, make you laugh.
