Wish this podcast had been around 4 years ago when I was at “peak sandwich” feeling completely overwhelmed, stressed out and on my own. The advice and guidance around aged care is invaluable. Essential listening for anyone dealing with the competing needs of ageing parents, work and family. It will inform you but also, just as importantly, make you laugh.
This conversations on this pod have been key to enable me to cope emotionally in the last year, juggling two divorced parents with end of life health conditions, my own business, 12 year old and partner with poor health. I no longer feel inadequate isolated.
