  • Jor

She lets us all know every day that she wants to be called “Jor.” Her voice is annoying and she also constantly talks about being Jewish. I don’t care one way or another, but Adam never talks about his religion nor do any talkshow hosts. Why does she feel the constant need to tell she is Jewish – – – constantly, it gets old. Get over yourself.

The echoes left behind after 9/11, Quick Takes & Tim Lammers
Q: What is something in your mind about September 11th that you will never forget?
Tim Lammers describes the initial disbelief and lasting impact of the attacks, highlighting how the event altered everyday life and the cultural conversation around safety and national resilience.
Should students have school issued laptops?
Q: So let's say I have a school board member or a principal or a teacher that's listening to us right now. What are the things you would tell them to implement in their district or school or classroom tomorrow?
The guest advocates removing one-to-one devices where feasible, bringing back computer labs, and using technology as a targeted teaching tool rather than a universal classroom aid, to reduce distraction and control usage.
Should students have school issued laptops?
Q: Okay, because otherwise, kids could, you're saying that kids could find a workaround, like on their Chromebooks, they could find a way to hack in and get Amazon or TikTok on their Chromebooks, and that has been happening?
The guest explains that blocking is possible but not perfect; success depends on how proactive schools are with settings, and some districts have found it challenging to enable all protective features, suggesting a need for stronger implementation and policy guidance.
How many Runners are there?
Q: What is something in your mind about September 11th that you will never forget?
