I love the podcast and appreciate the effort that goes into it! Just wish Ryan would let the guests talk. Just when I think we are about to get GOLD from a guest, Ryan interrupts to interject what he used to in one of his programs. Let the guests finish their sentences! So frustrating…
Can’t wait till host figures out we listen for the guest not him , let them talk
Very good informative guests. Unfortunate that host is always talking over and interrupting his knowledgeable guests. If host can learn to let his guests talk, would be a can’t miss podcast.
I love the show and love the content but it is so rude and hard to listen to when the host cuts off and interrupts the speaker. I’ve had to turn it off at time because it is so cringy and you can tell the speaker is getting frustrated because they lose their train go thought.
Great guests, great content, however the host needs to let the guests speak. I find the host talks over the guests frequently and also speaks about himself a lot and about his time coaching division I, rather than asking questions and letting the guests tell their own story. As a host, remember, it’s not about you. It’s about the guests and their story. Other than that, great stuff.
