  • Informative, but could be better

I love the podcast and appreciate the effort that goes into it! Just wish Ryan would let the guests talk. Just when I think we are about to get GOLD from a guest, Ryan interrupts to interject what he used to in one of his programs. Let the guests finish their sentences! So frustrating…

  • Could be great!

Very good informative guests. Unfortunate that host is always talking over and interrupting his knowledgeable guests. If host can learn to let his guests talk, would be a can’t miss podcast.

  • Please stop interrupting the speaker

I love the show and love the content but it is so rude and hard to listen to when the host cuts off and interrupts the speaker. I’ve had to turn it off at time because it is so cringy and you can tell the speaker is getting frustrated because they lose their train go thought.

Q: How do you adapt nutrition for different roles (pitchers vs position players) and at different ages within baseball?

Catherine Saenz, PhD, RD, CSCS - Assistant Professor, Ohio State University
Q: How would you lay out a perfect day for a college/high school athlete on game day in terms of meals and timing?

Catherine Saenz, PhD, RD, CSCS - Assistant Professor, Ohio State University
Q: What are some misconceptions that maybe high school or college athletes have about nutrition?
There are many misconceptions; one recurring theme is that supplementation is used to cover up poor nutrition, and athletes should prioritize proper meals and consistent eating patterns over relying on supplements to fill gaps.
