As someone who works in the wellness space, the knowledge and tools that Katie shares are essential for us to continue to claim to hold brave spaces for our clients and even our personal relationships.
Listening to Katie reminds me that even being empathetic isnât enough. We must embrace and become part of the trauma-informed future. It is non-negotiable if we are saying we do not want to cause harm or uphold racism and the patriarchy.
