    A Life in Progress: Rebranding Middle Age is one of my favorite podcasts. I look forward to each new episode. What drew me to Krista and her work is that she put language to feelings and experiences I couldn’t define or verbalize.

    For example, she says in her intro that she provides support for “Slow-movers” and “Non-Hustlers”, “Highly Sensitive Souls”, and “Reforming People Pleasers”, among others. I can identify with all of the above.
