So many take aways from every single episode. These guys are your one stop shop for all things health!
Dave and Jake seem to have a truly altruistic mission of getting super detailed, unfiltered information about gut (and general) health out to the average person. These guys are CLEARLY heads and shoulders above most functional medicine practitioners in their vast and up-to-date knowledge and research.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Dave in person for my health which was life changing! So now to be able to listen to both Dave and Jake on such critical topics about the gut is next level! A wealth of knowledge and education to be shared! Thanks guys!
These boys know what they’re talking about. They know a lot more than your doctor about bloodwork, gut health, autoimmune disease, all-cause mortality… basically, why go to your doctor for help when you could help yourself by listening to this podcast.
