This isn’t even a podcast, it’s more of an ad. I listened to the episode about regulating your nervous system and all she talked about was to email her so she can tell you what to do about your break up. Pretty much all she said besides that was go no contact. Who doesn’t know that? I’m still not gonna do it. Also her voice sounds like she wants to be a witch.
She took my contact information via a social media app. My contact information was private. I never provided her with my phone number. She then started spam texting me in regards to her business! Lady this is not professional! You should never take phone numbers that were not given to you and start texting to promote your business! Therefore I will not give you a high rating! You lost my support! I hope you do not do this again!

This podcast has down-to-earth, plain speaking brilliance. It is very helpful as a breakup buddy. A quality improvement suggestion: I find the background music that plays for the duration of the podcast to be repetitive and distracting. The sound quality isn’t the best and the background music doesn’t help. I’d listen to this podcast more frequently and recommend it more enthusiastically if the background music wasn’t added.
Mz SelfLuv is the best! I’ve been having a rough time and her daily text messages have truly been lifesavers for my mental. Thanks!!! I’m beyond grateful:)
The host Mz.Selfluv definitely understands breakups to a T. Her straight to the point / ‘tell it like it is’ style will empower you to remember who you really are, regardless of the situation you are in. Aside from the gems she drops, one thing that really solidified my trust is seeing the track record of client reviews in her episodes where they talk about their transformations with her help. I highly recommend this podcast for anyone that is experiencing a breakup and has the desire to be in a... more

Thank you so much for what you do !
I’ll never forget the day that I realized that I was my own best friend and that I could trust in that best friend to always guide me in the right direction; but that doesn’t mean my “best friend” knows everything in every situation or never needs any help.
And concerning the predicament of me trying desperately to get over my ex, who insists that we should stay friends and wants to come into my life a couple times a week while living with a new woman, I have seen that my best friend and I coul... more
