This isn’t even a podcast, it’s more of an ad. I listened to the episode about regulating your nervous system and all she talked about was to email her so she can tell you what to do about your break up. Pretty much all she said besides that was go no contact. Who doesn’t know that? I’m still not gonna do it. Also her voice sounds like she wants to be a witch.

  • Unprofessional

She took my contact information via a social media app. My contact information was private. I never provided her with my phone number. She then started spam texting me in regards to her business! Lady this is not professional! You should never take phone numbers that were not given to you and start texting to promote your business! Therefore I will not give you a high rating! You lost my support! I hope you do not do this again!

  • No music

This podcast has down-to-earth, plain speaking brilliance. It is very helpful as a breakup buddy. A quality improvement suggestion: I find the background music that plays for the duration of the podcast to be repetitive and distracting. The sound quality isn’t the best and the background music doesn’t help. I’d listen to this podcast more frequently and recommend it more enthusiastically if the background music wasn’t added.
