I have been a listener for the last two years and went back and caught up on the episodes before I started listening. I have coached my boys in several sports throughout the years and Coach Bo gets it. He understands the importance of kids having fun in sports. A great way for them to have fun is to be competitive. As a coach and high school teacher I keep being reminded that kids are not just little adults. I have learned from Coach Bo how to think and teach age appropriate. The success rate is greater.
