My morning ‘go-to’. The short meditations are beautiful & perfect for the busy day ahead.
I return to these 5 minute meditations over and over again. I’ve tried several, but this is my favorite and easiest to breathe into. Her voice is soothing and in most the music isn’t distracting. I highly recommend.
