    I really love this show, there is so much wisdom on health. I especially liked episode 2 on belly fat. So helpful for a postpartum mama! You can feel Jihane heart when she is speaking and can get she really enjoys showing up. Very encouraging!

  • What a revelation!

    I genuinely never knew that inadequate sleep, both in quality and quantity, could be one of the top drivers of belly fat. The explanation around circadian rhythm and how even things like room brightness or late bedtimes can throw it off was both fascinating and practical.

    It really opened my eyes to how much our bodies rely on rhythm and rest, not just food and exercise. I’m now rethinking my sleep habits with a whole new sense of purpose 🤣 Brilliant, science-backed insight. Highly recommend!

    This information from this show makes so much sense! I love the examples, and then the straight-to-the-point teaching style.
