I am a beginning runner, longtime podcast listener, and only found this podcast a few weeks ago. I'm glad I have all the archives to listen to. I was hooked at first listen, largely because of the music/TV clips (Dan is a wizard!), running talk, dogs, and just listening to the chat between Nik & Dan. Nik gives me something to aspire to (marathons); Dan is funny & charming. Hoping there are a few new episodes by the time I get caught up!

  • Please come back. We are begging you.

How we miss the dulcet tones of the swarthy writer Dan and the stylistic musings of the artsy-fartsy (well maybe the dogs are fartsy) supreme illustrator Nik. It has been a hard year without being able to listen to either of you on our long runs. Its not so much the running advice I miss, it is the dialogue of freinds. To anyone who runs across these archives listen to them all sparingly, because the magic runs out before you know it. Excellent work on the mojo loco episode. PLease come back ... more
