Baluster in the railings kicked out, mountains of trash, cat poop through out the house (no cat should have been there), dildos on the counter. I am not making this up! My family can’t get back in their home because this property management company isn’t managing anything. Get your advice somewhere else.
This podcast is so great. My business partner and I are starting a property management company, we are soaking in all this knowledge from the experts! Keep up the great work! 25k is right around the corner

If you want to grow your PM company, I would highly recommend you listen to this podcast. Mathew and Spencer give you the ‘recipe for success’ and are super open and vulnerable when doing so. I really appreciate them sharing their ways that has led them to be super successful, but also their mistakes that cost them a lot of money - so we can (try to) avoid them. This podcast is a phenomenal investment of your time.
