  • SCAM COMPANY

They have left a home in Richmond VA completely destroyed for over a month. Baluster in the railings kicked out, mountains of trash, cat poop through out the house (no cat should have been there), dildos on the counter. I am not making this up! My family can’t get back in their home because this property management company isn’t managing anything. Get your advice somewhere else.

  • What Doesn’t Work

Say what you want on your podcast but your company is not practicing what you are preaching. I’m trying to help a friend. Evernest purchased the company she was using to manage her home. She has received incorrect 1099’s, been charged for another property owners repairs and we cannot get anyone from Matthews’s company to help us. With many struggles, I have reached someone named Alex by text and I did have the Northern VA director of operations respond to one email after I tracked down her cell ... more

  • An essential podcast if you want to grow your PM company

If you want to grow your PM company, I would highly recommend you listen to this podcast. Mathew and Spencer give you the ‘recipe for success’ and are super open and vulnerable when doing so. I really appreciate them sharing their ways that has led them to be super successful, but also their mistakes that cost them a lot of money - so we can (try to) avoid them. This podcast is a phenomenal investment of your time.
