Very irritating, if the great practice of Yoga gets infested by colourful leggins & Pilates. Way too fast to have any meaningful instruction content, but loads of toothpaste smiles in the videos.

So it really is great. This podcast gives me instructions on how to do different poses. This helps because I’m an audio learner. However the instructor sometimes speaks very monotone, maybe while trying to be calming. I’m a yoga beginner, and they sometimes skip between poses that I can easily do and ones I could try and try to do, but never get it. Maybe try marking your episodes based on beginner, intermediate, and expert, so that I know which poses I might actually be able to do😅. This may s... more
