My rating may increase over time. I’ve only dipped in to one or two random episodes so far. This seems like great kanji chat though, helped by two hosts who have good chemistry together and a genuine passion for their main topic (as you’d expect).
You guys rock! I watched Showa era Tojo oh IHF back in the 1970s and your show really takes me back. I’ve been listening to this show as I prep for the launch of my anime tabletop role playing game Mecha Vs Kaiju, which launched August 5th! I’m going to include your podcast in my email blast to my Patreon members and Kickstarter backers next week and would really appreciate a shout out here! People can go to bit.ly/MvKickstarter to back our book. Keep up the amazing work and I’ll keep listening... more
This podcast really takes me back! As a kid growing up I worshiped Godzilla? What more could you ask for? The hosts have great chemistry, and a really nice banter back-and-forth. There’s a very refreshing self awareness to the proceedings. And the attention to detail and knowledge is staggering, insightful, and illuminating. I.E. Aaron has a voluminous knowledge of everything Godzilla as well as everything kaiju-it’s awesome! And Terrance brings a first timer’s perspective that is fun, personabl... more
Sorry about that weird one about scratch, that was my younger brother, but I’ll make another review because why not, this show is amazing, filled with great content and humor that takes us listeners through the many movies of Toho (and tristar and legendary in 2054) I have one question though, what are your top 5 favorite Godzilla movies including the American ones, again sorry about the weird review and I’ll make sure it doesn’t happen again.
Thanks for reading my review last episode, I’m gonna write another one. This podcast is amazing, from the Godzilla movies to others like my favorite, Rodan. I know this isn’t a movie but if you could go to a website called Scratch, go to 5toniscool, and watch the scratch avengers, I would really appreciate it. But if not, I understand. Thanks!
