寄生蟲跟界線是很有關的，
有些人常常很容易覺得自己的界線被侵犯，
覺得身邊的人都在跟他索討事物，
覺得自己沒有力量留給自己，

說起來，他開悟應該是三十幾歲的事，
但他沒有選擇就這樣離開世間，
而是把他的方法教給其他人。

我們這個世界對於「自私」是相對負面的，
但「自私」會有問題，是因為我們區分了你的我的不同人的，
如果今天所有事都是「我」
我對自己的愛，自然會蔓延成對世界的愛，
當每人都是如此的時候，這本身就是一個很大的力量。

我曾經感受過這樣的深深的絕望，
那時候起床的時候根本就不想睜開眼睛，
對這個世界也根本毫無期待。

我非常痛苦。

如果今天我過著的是我所以為的很棒的生活，
我就會快樂嗎，
如果我真的成為一個我以為那才是「正確」或是「標準」的人，
我就會快樂嗎？

我最近對生死或是生死的態度常常是很有興趣的，
我也常會有這樣的感覺，
當我們愈是可以把結束也視為生命的一部份，
我們在很多事情的決定跟處理上，
也很容易會有不同的方式跟想法。

在我工作中，我很深刻知道，
大部份的人最容易停在原地的原因，
很多都是因為過往的某些創痛或留戀，
但是我們如果把很多力氣放在回頭，
就不會有太多力氣著眼現在跟未來了。
