大家好久不見！
這集剛好是安子電台的第100集，而我也剛從義大利旅行回到台灣。
原本以為這趟旅程最大的收穫會是那些壯麗的教堂、文藝復興的藝術作品，以及充滿故事的歷史古城，沒想到真正帶回來的，卻是一場深刻的內在轉變。
回國後的我陷入嚴重時差，整個人昏沉、混亂、提不起勁，彷彿靈魂還停留在另一個時區。面對堆積的工作與生活節奏，我一度感到焦慮、迷惘，甚至懷疑自己是不是又卡住了。
但就在這段混亂裡，我突然看見了一件很重要的事：
