我们用自我批判法、他人鼓励法、榜样追寻法等等等试图打破这个魔咒，但成功者寥寥；我们用自我胜利法强调三分钟有三分钟的收获，试图把这定义为探索人生的尝试，这没什么问题，可是这个视角全面吗？

今天这期略难，涉及到了一些中医哲学，但很值得讨论，西医认为精神意识在大脑，但中医不这样讲，我们这四个字分的很清楚。
精、神、意、识，它们的互相作用，简单释义都有讲，欢迎大家一起讨论。
再听的时候想到了很多词句，比如心灵、听从本心、心之所向、心念心声心境等等。
反过来呢有神智、心智，但心神都在智的前面。
从这些视角看，中文真的很伟大，环环相扣，只要找到其中的原理，就能串起很多我们之前没发现的真相。

大家可能对“道德”这个词并不陌生，不过 合同于道的德 跟我们词面上的解释有些许不同。
《广嗣纪要》虽然是一本备孕、怀孕、养子方面的古籍，但在备孕环节却把修德放在了第一位，是因为修德是贯穿了我们的一生，备孕成功只是修德其中一个部分的体现，在其他方面也非比寻常。
