滑到以前的照片，突然覺得——欸，那時候的自己，好像更有活力欸。
以前會為了一場演唱會、一家想吃的店、一個剛好的光線而興奮，現在卻常常提不起勁。
每天上班、回家、追劇、滑手機，好像一切都被現實磨成「日常」。
這集我想聊聊「對生活沒有熱情」這件事。

以前的我們，總是成群結隊，
下課要一起去福利社、放學要一起回家。
全班都很好，但總有一個自己歸屬的群體，屬於自己的小圈圈。
但長大之後，好像不知不覺——小圈圈就消失了。
這次久違的國中同學聚會
讓我發現小圈圈淡了之後，我們更願意去了解以前沒有這麼熟悉的彼此、聆聽彼此。
雖然有些朋友慢慢變少聯絡，
有些同學，久久才見一次。
但奇妙的是，見面的時候又覺得，
啊，這個人好像還是我國中認識的她
也許這就是長大後的友情吧，真的很慶幸自己有參加這次的小小同學會

前幾天下課跟朋友約在捷運站把東西還給他，
結果我將東西給他的時候，他手上同時也拿著一個麵包
他就說了一句「喔，這個麵包不是給你的」
我就想 我也沒有覺得是我的…
有時候明明只是一件小事，但卻讓心裡怎麼想都怪怪的

今年的中秋節，我們家少了一個人——阿公。
少了阿公的中秋節，還會一樣嗎？
以前他總會準備一堆食材，
每次問我們想吃什麼，我都會想逃避，因為太難選了。
但現在阿公不在了，
中秋節的氣氛也變得有點不一樣。
今年沒有人為我們忙進忙出，
我原以為回家能再烤一次肉，
結果發現大家選擇換個形式過節——
少部分用烤的，大多數直接買回家吃。
雖然少了以往的熱鬧，
但那份和家人相聚的溫暖，其實還在。
所以這集想跟你聊聊「團圓」這件事。

我進公司快一年半
跟直屬主管見面的次數…加一加還不到五次😵💫
平常就是放養型，有事就傳訊息，但也不一定會馬上回。
一開始我覺得好像沒問題，沒有人一直盯著你。
可是後來發現，欸——好像不太對耶。
因為我其實比較喜歡主管會帶、會指派任務，給我一些方向，這樣才會覺得自己有在成長、有在進步。
所以心裡開始冒出一些聲音：
「我在公司裡的定位是什麼？
是不是在這裡 未來也都是這樣啊？」
