一艘船的錨對航行來說至關重要，我們生命的朝聖旅程也需要下錨，防止被外在的風浪颳走。當今瞬息萬變的世界中，我們更需要一個穩固的錨。教宗良十四世也在《第9屆世界窮人日文告》指出，基督徒的希望是「錨」的象徵，它不依賴我們人類的力量，而是紮根於天主忠信的承諾。

「靜默」和「回應」需要長時間的修練，期間我們的心裡或多或少會充斥著不同的聲音。團體分享中往往當有人分享「我聽到天主的聲音」時，心底的「反應」可能會問：你怎麼肯定這實在是天主的聲音？抑或只是魔鬼的滋擾？
我們可以嘗試以學習辨別內在的聲音作回應，有一個靈修方法可作為修練的參考：聖依納爵．羅耀拉的靈修智慧提醒我們，內心常有兩股力量在角力：一是聖神的慰藉（神慰Consolation），帶來平安、信德和愛德的增長；二是惡神的擾亂（神枯Desolation），帶來焦慮、灰心、懷疑和退縮。在複雜... more

我們可以想像一下，「懷著希望」其實如同聖母受孕後「懷著耶穌」，而我們的將臨期朝聖旅程就如同懷孕進度表。正如昨天的反思，靜默在辨別過程中的關鍵角色，就是要專注於天主的臨在。作為孕婦，我們也要時刻關注腹內寶寶的狀況：他有足夠的空間被滋養嗎？他有開始作動嗎？他是否正在對我說話呢？
這股如孕婦般敏銳的覺察力，也是幫助我們在靜默中聆聽天主聲音的鑰匙，從而選擇更好的一份。梅瑟在《申命紀》裡提醒我們：「我已將生命與死亡，祝福與詛咒，都擺在你面前；你要選擇生命，為叫你和你的後裔得以生存。」天主賜予... more

2025年的生活節奏似乎比過去任何時候都更快，因著AI人工智能的急速進化，資訊洪流、令人分心的媒介、不停的電子通知，使我們內心容易被外界噪音挾持，我們都養成了Multitasking，一心多用的習慣。然而，辨別希望的第二步是學習安靜。正如《聖詠》說：「你們要停手！應承認我是天主。」（詠46:11）

主內的各位弟兄姊妹，今天是將臨期的開始，4星期之後，我們即將迎接新生王──救主耶穌基督的降生。
你或許會想：禮儀年曆周而復始，每年11月尾12月頭都會例行過將臨期。踏入將臨期，最明顯的分別就是商場紛紛開始佈置聖誕及新年裝飾；手機的日曆表開始佈滿親朋好友的過節聚餐；大家都忙於思考如何準備不同對象的聖誕禮物等等。
