そう言った世の中で自分の天職が見つかれば最高ですね。
当事者意識とは、物事を「自分ごと」として捉え、主体的に考え、行動する姿勢のこと。
目の前の課題を他人事にせず、自分にできることは何かを考え、実行に移す力です。
上司のせい、組織のせい、政治のせい、世の中のせい、、、何事も何かのせいにするのではなく、自分事としていきましょう。
世の中、理不尽なことって存在します。
でもそれも考えようによっては人生の肥やしになります。
子どものうちからそんな体験をすることを大人が未然に防がないほうがいいかもしれません。
