Q: What exactly is pathological altruism and how does it differ from healthy altruism?
Pathological altruism is when selflessness becomes the default and you constantly prioritize others over yourself, leading to burnout and a loss of humanity; healthy altruism is balanced and includes recognizing personal needs.

The Clarity to Decide: Do I Stay or Do I Go? (w/ Betsy Pake)
Q: So can you walk us through how we make those decisions?
Betsy outlines a process starting with getting clear on who you are, shedding inherited beliefs, and then using that clarity to determine whether to stay or leave, with emphasis on internal alignment rather than a rigid pros-and-cons approach.
Breaking Free: Why Good Girls Finish Last (w/ Siobhan Middleton)
Q: How did Siobhan get into the work she does now, and what in her life sparked this passion?
She describes a layoff in 2013 that pushed her to pursue life coaching, leaning on faith, friends, and a six-week boot camp to launch her business, Be Free Project, which evolved into her current Freedom Is the Lifestyle brand.

Q: How do belief and aligned action relate to manifestation?
