  • Love this show

I heard Dr Hill on another podcast (Therapists Uncensored) and started checking out Wise Effort. I am slowly going through her back catalog and I can say with certainty that her podcast is changing my life. She introduces me to research leaders, I order their books, I follow the specific actions she suggests at “the other side…” I am so grateful for this show.

  • Dr Hill has all-star guests throughout the episode catalogue and takes a gentle, compassionate approach to storytelling and interviewing. I appreciate the Buddhist wisdom sprinkled throughout. This is a Western podcast that doesn't take credit for ancient wisdom. Episodes are not all alike, but each one can offer insight. I recommend it.
