I was looking for YouPikeThat, a podcast exclusively about medieval pikeman, when I downloaded an episode. It was about 45 minutes in when I realized I had not heard any pokey poke talk. I was captivated by the ‘5 questions’ and ‘this week’s matchups breakdown’ segments. That Bryon guy seems like he should lose though… badly. Great show!
Did you know medieval pikeman often did not have a shield or had only a small shield of limited use in close-quarters fighting?
